I am simplistic when it comes to designing templates and backgrounds, and my blog page should reflect this as such. However, there are a few key changes that identify my interests and tastes on the blog page. You will notice that my template is based on "travel", when given the opportunity I love to travel and explore new places and cultures. The electric train is also reflective of both an interest in travel and transport technology, because the train is an iconic symbol of speed and connection of destinations.
The head font of the blog, titled "The Sky is the Limit" is meant to appear in cursive as if it was scribbled or hand-written, to demonstrate simplicity. Most colors are transparent, because I have an appreciation of the background image and colors. The bio and post font is meant to appear formal with easy legibility and distinguished appearance that all bios are meant to possess. You will also note the unique title of the Blog. This is derived from the ending line of Captain Picard from the season finale of Star Trek. I personally believe that the human compulsion for knowledge and exploration will be our savior, and will be the drive that unites us as one. With this certainty, anything is possible, and we must not limit us to our four-dimensional experiences.
